All purchases made are non-refundable and all sales are final.

Shows will go on rain or shine. In the event of a weather emergency, event management reserves the right to cancel the show for the safety of guests, performers, vendors and all involved in the production of the show. No refunds will be given in case of cancellation for any reason.

There are no exchanges considered for events that have already taken place. Any questions about tickets whatsoever must be sent at least two hours prior to the advertised start time of the event or showing in question.

Unlike traditional venues, which take a cut of ticket sales to cover overhead and administrative costs, our “box office” is 100% volunteer-run, and we pass 100% of ticket and door sales on to performers.

The earlier you contact us with your questions, the more likely we are to be able to address them to your satisfaction.

Tickets are available online until 5pm day-of-show unless otherwise noted. After that, please plan to purchase at the door beginning at the advertised “door” time, or 30 minutes prior to advertised start time unless otherwise noted.

 

We take no responsibility for any purchases not conducted directly through us at the venue or through our ticketing site (rsvpdx.ticketspice.com).

If you decide to try and sell a ticket to a third party or to buy a ticket second-hand, please cc us (or ask your seller to cc us) at events@thesteepandthornywaytoheaven.com when confirming the sale, to ensure that we have access to any information relevant to help resolve confusion or disputes.

Sorry, but we cannot help match/connect third-party sellers and buyers.

 

Bought a ticket for the wrong showing of an event with multiple dates?

We DO NOT GUARANTEE EXCHANGES, but depending on available inventory and at the sole discretion of the event producer, we may be able to exchange your ticket for one on another date.

Requests for exchanges must be sent via email at least 24 hours prior to the advertised start time of the showing your purchased tickets are for in order to be considered.

 

If you cannot use your tickets, you may return them as a ticket donation.

Tickets must be returned at least two hours prior to the advertised time of the event. Some unused tickets may be tax deductible. If you request one, you will be mailed a receipt within 4-6 weeks. Tax-deductible donations are non-refundable.
